In the 1970s a number of ceramists showed their concern about the injustices inflicted upon people all over the world.  Henk Verberkmoes was one of many very much against the war in Vietnam. This was the reason he made this lead grey plastic entitled ‘Vietnam’. This object is unsigned but comes directly from the artist’s exhibition collection.

In de jaren zeventig van de vorige eeuw hebben een aantal keramisten zich strijdbaar opgesteld ten aanzien van misstanden in de wereld. Ook Henk Verberkmoes was erg gekant tegen de oorlog in Vietnam. Dit was voor hem de aanleiding voor het maken van deze loodgrijze plastiek met titel 'Vietnam'. Dit object is niet gesigneerd, maar komt rechtstreeks uit de expositie collectie van de kunstenaar.
